You accept these terms on behalf of all members of your party.
2. Full Payment for Reservation
To guarantee your reservation, a full payment will be collected upfront as an full payment charged to any of the credit, debit cards or such other payment method supported by the payment system. If successful, this charge is non-refundable and completes your online reservation, subject to the terms of reservation.
Section 3 – Confirmed Reservation
The reservation is confirmed when you view a Confirmation Page containing your Transaction ID. Please save and/or print this for your records and present it to the hotel upon check-in.
Section 4 - Terms of Modifying a Reservation
Modification and cancellation may be allowed depending on the rate plan policy as stated in the policy section. We reserve the right to charge your credit/ debit card for modification, cancellation and no-show fees as per the stated policy for your reservation.
Section 5 - No Show Terms
As if you do not check-in before the specified time, you will be qualified as a: “no-show” and the corresponding fees will be collected via a charge to the card on record.
Section 6 – Secure Reservation Processing
The card and guest information collected from the internet booking engine are protected and securely transmitted.
Section 7 – No Liability
Neither The Penthouse KLCC, nor our online reservation provider nor any of our directors, employees, affiliates or other representatives, will be liable for loss or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of any information, products, services and/or the materials offered through this website and internet booking engine, including but not limited to, loss of data, income, profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties, or any indirect or consequential loss or damages.
Section 8 – Governing Law
Your online reservation is governed by the laws of the Malaysia and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts. These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Welive Property Management Sdn Bhd.
All information collected are used only to secure the reservation. No data is shared with any third parties.

Section 11 – Refunds
• The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
• The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation anytime.
• You’ll accept prepayment by: Bank transfer. You’ll refund within: 7 days.
